Delinquency

Juvenile delinquency law pertains to minors under the age of 17 who commit criminal acts. Juvenile delinquency crimes often include theft, property crimes, assault and battery, drug offenses, and/or weapon charges. Because of their age, when charged as a minor, the child will not have a permanent record when he or she is an adult.
